Nestled in southwestern Uganda, Nakivale Refugee Settlement is one of the oldest and most culturally diverse settlements in Africa, home to refugees from over 15 different nationalities, including Congo, Burundi, Rwanda, Somalia, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and more.
But Nakivale is not just a place of refuge—it is a place of life. A place of learning, creating, sharing, and rebuilding.
